      Friendly environment more of a community bank than how big we represent great upper management who is always there to help

      You need to make sure that everyone is maintaining professionalism and that you are making your goals and coaching your team daily so you avoid any hurdles

      Quarterly sales goals and bonus potential Best HR benefits and perks I’ve ever had Time off is 3-5 weeks depending on length of employment plus sick days and bank holidays

      Micromanagement from the higher ups. Seems like the employees a the branch are completely separated from the actual branch managers for the day-to-day operations.
