Business Outlook
Pros
IT Management communication was excellent. Management was good about flex time. Vacation was generous. 10 bank holidays. Options for the tech staff to work the secondary holidays and take flex holidays were nice. Co-workers are generally pretty easy to work with.
Cons
Required to work off hours. This is mitigated by flex time in most cases. Reorgs occur about 9-12 months. The cynical might suggest this is to discourage year over year comparisons at the department level. Cons are minimal.
