Pros

Pay and benefits are pretty good, and job security is solid since they can’t hire enough people to keep teams properly staffed.

Cons

Company doesn’t take Covid seriously and wfh is not an option at all. Japanese work culture reigns supreme here, so I hope you don’t mind being asked to come in early, stay late, or work the occasional weekend without being paid for it.

Pros

Decent salary, heard there is good insurance (not using it currently), if you like field sales/ driving/ talking to people that let you learn a lot and can be super fun, great sales training imo. Very fair promotions, not political, in my experience.

Cons

Nobody tells you hours are 7:30-5:00 and are strictly enforced. will support you even if you miss goals which is nice but to “do well” at this job is a TON of effort and time. In my opinion it is not sustainable long term (more than about 2 years). Pretty cool people to work with but overall company culture comes from Japan- no cool/ fun perks. Very basic vacation time and offices are similar to “the office” in that they have 0… pictures? Colors? Very cut and dry.

Pros

Good money and company car straight from school

Cons

Japanese culture, micromanaging and very number oriented which sometimes makes no sense
