      They discriminate against African American Women! They will not hire any African American women, although we are over qualified! What a shame!

      As long as you don’t mind getting your head down and working hard the new salary is pretty good but it can seem like you get money trapped. Products are good and fun to sell as people see the value

      Cons

      If you are underperforming there is a lot of stress put on you. Certain divisions are brutal and work more as a meat grinder.
