Pros

The technology you sell is top notch and management does a lot to try to help you develop your sales skills. You will constantly be interacting with new companies and people in different industries. They are very transparent in their promotions, bonuses, and raises.

Cons

Like any sales job, if you are not selling you get a lot of pressure from management. When you get to management level they work you to death, making management look unattractive.

Pros

Great training, good products, interesting job when in the field, pretty good starting pay, the experience will make you a valuable employee somewhere else when you burn out.

Cons

micromanagement, bad atmosphere in the office, no flexibility in the rules, ex: late if you arrive at 7:31am, even if you worked until 11pm the previous day. 50-70hr work week, advancement opportunities can be very limited, high turn-over, HR department seems to favor management over employees and can't be trusted with confidential information

Pros

Work with a good group of people. Base pay is great, quarterly bonuses make compensation great. Better than average Heath benefits.

Cons

Not receptive to new ideas. They want you train then follow the process they lay out.
