Incredible sales training for entry level sales people, culture of hard work, great pay, a team-oriented environment, always innovating

Cons

Very strict with process oriented targets to the extent of doing things just to do them sometimes. Sales calls numbers and phone call quotas are sometimes very high.

In Europe you need a mix of japan rules and culture with local. The company is doing great following the global strategy. But sometimes you need to adapt to local markets.
