No real chance of movement upward. By the time you think you can get somewhere, if your smart you will realize that your job is basically to be a product demo donkey. What's a group lead title when there's no one to lead? Like I said, stepping stone into sales. Long hours and no work from home. Expect to cold call on summer Friday at 430 PM to pitch a product someone doesn't need. Company philosophy: Make more phone calls, book more sales calls.
