Pros

Phenomenal base pay. No 70/30 sales split which is rare. Commission on top of baser makes for an unbelievable entry level job. On a micro level, your manager really cares for you and is always available.

Cons

Way too much travel. You will spend over half of your month in rural parts of the country. You will cold call a lot. The job can be very telemarketer-y but indoctrination will prevent anyone from actually affirming this. You will be uncomfortably pushy and demanding of potential customers. Management only cares about your numbers.
