Pros

Keyence has great technical training that’s well respected by other companies in the industry. Spend a few years here, learn a bunch then go to a company that’s a little more flexible with work life balance.

Cons

Work life balance is definitely not a priority at Keyence.

Pros

It’s an excellent experience if you are a beginner in sales activity. They could teach you an optimum method to interview customers and to catch opportunities and realize them to turnover.

Cons

If you are able to work by yourself, it’s impossible to survive into a Keyence office. Mandatory office days, a strategy for soldiers but almost impossible to create a relationship with customer. A lot of sales calls and only a 5€ ticket to eat at lunch. A lot of ridiculous rules just to put stress on employees. High turnover of people.
