Pros

Awesome company, great products, great team, and this company is the next big thing. We are unstoppable and we are here to stay for many many years.

Cons

Demanding job, travel and unrealistic customers. But it is YOU who controls how much work you put into it. I see a lot of people complaining and honestly you do this to your self.

Pros

Pay rate is okay along with benefits

Cons

- Smaller departments favor particular people while others are set up for failure. - there are people in charge in the smaller departments who have been friends for long time. With this, there are unchecked powers that do what they want, initialize their own reporting and use them as they see fit - Micromanagement from some of the newer 'managers' who clearly have no idea how to use people skills , delegate duties or show common respect - You're a hero one week at this place and the next week, you are blacklisted - While on sales calls, I consistently ran into issues with my Iphone which I got no help from IT department (santiago?) never returned calls and I opened 3 tickets involving same issue with no resolve. I ended up using my own cell

Pros

You have a job. Depending on what you did before the pay could be decent. But is bottom of the barrel from competition. Good foot in the door. You need to get in then get out. Don't just get comfortable. This place is created to be a stepping stone. Fools make it a career. Said by experience.

Cons

Everything. This place will literally go out of their way to bring you down. Work life balance is a joke. You'll be underpaid the entire time you work here. You'll also be overworked and they don't do anything for you or the community. They don't care how great you did. 100% growth means nothing. There's no winning.
