Pros

-good paycheck initially -solid products

Cons

Where to start… - office and company culture is horrible, you can tell no one wants to be there -lots and lots of metrics and micromanagement, even if you hit goal, if you don’t hit every metric, it’s not good enough -unrealistic metrics and goals on activity/goal leading to most reps fudging numbers to get by -commission structure is very complicated and difficult to understand and not very lucrative -very high turnover rate which everyone knows about but isn’t addressed by the company -minimal work from home -office is essentially a call center 7:30-5:00, phone calls all day, don’t expect to ever leave early even if all your work is done with -expect to drive 300-600 miles a week, therefore not much work life balance -base pay is good initially but low pay rises so eventually it’s below market

Pros

Keyence has a high base salary and commission. Expect to earn more than 100k annually in 2 to 3 years.

Cons

Have to grind every day to achieve the minimal outcome. Really have to go the extra extra extra mile to get good results.
