Amazing company culture, amazing and friendly staff FANTASTIC office in CBD collaborative teams Can see myself making a real future and career at Keypath!

Cons

Not many opportunities for progression/internal movement/training (the company is growing very fast, but constantly hiring externally instead of promoting from within) High staff turnover in the Enrolments team as it is a very sales driven environment

Really appreciate your balanced thoughts. I agree that while we have grown tremendously the past year we have created a wonderful culture for our employees and partners. Thank you for being part of this! In terms of opportunities, while I can't speak specifically to your situation, we did have over 15 internally promotions globally this past quarter. As the other reviewers say there are none unfortunately

Cons

Senior staff do not care about you. Staff here are extremely unhappy and want to leave. You'll see them searching on Seek for a new job in their downtime. The managers are all so fake and don't care about the people there. There hasn't been any changes and anything positive. I actually got diagnosed with depression in my time when I worked at Keypath! Yes it was that bad. It's sad they treat their staff so poorly and the job itself is rubbish. It's a call centre role all about meeting targets and making money and not about the quality students.
