      Work from home and the hours.

      Stressful environment. Low pay. Always your fault and none of the managers take accountability.

      Pros

      The people are amazing and genuinely care about their own development and the development of others. Recognition for a job well done goes a long way and the support is incredible.

      Cons

      Not a con but it’s a fast paced environment. We often don’t have the time and space to reflect and review process and performance before we are on to the next chapter.
