Work from anywhere in any form of hybrid or fully remote work to suit, good remuneration, a supportive culture with a range of social options to help people stay connected

Cons

Trying to think of cons and that’s not easy. We work hard and sometimes fast. That said the company provides support and flexibility as needed.

Pros

Dynamic, truly flexible organization. Student and people-centered approach. First company in Australia I've worked at, where no-one has made racist or diminishing comments due to my ethnicity or origin. Colleagues are committed, very collaborative and inventive. Plenty of opportunities for learning and professional development, if one is willing to put in the time and effort. Great employee incentives to study with top Universities in Australia.

Cons

Not many, I guess a bit more money could always be welcome, especially in current times of inflation ;)
