Great Diversity and Inclusion plan. Very fair company that has made working from home easy and smooth. Friendly management at all levels. Transparency in the company vision.

Cons

The focus on certain call metrics can feel like micromanaging.

Pros

The inclusive community this company strives on building is second to none. With various events and discussions held weekly, you do have a sense of culture and growth. The support I have been shown from all aspects of management and leaders are one that allows me as an individual to grow within my current role and achieve my targets, whether it be on a personal or professional level. This then reflects on the work ethic and the rapport I build with our students!

Cons

Targets are always a challenging aspect of the role however, this isn't a reflection of the company but more so one that all employees will always strive to improve.
