Pros

I never feel micro managed Management are caring and supportive Work from anywhere - home, office or hybrid I have never felt intimidated to reach out to anyone from any department for help or information Truly inclusive Fast paced and never boring At a minimum we have fortnightly training or coaching Internal promotions a common occurrence Achievable performance metrics

Cons

Some may find the fast paced environment a challenge but by meeting the daily contact requirements and maintaining quality it's very achievable to keep up and do well

Pros

company itself is solid, work life balance is great. benefits are up to par

Cons

admissions department- incompetence in managment, lack of understanding, minimal business sense. managment unable to comprehend metrics as it relates to efficency, profitablity, etc. Managment is very vindictive, untruthyful and tends to make promises they cannot keep. very clicky, the partnership director I was working with would fail to do their job correctly on a consistent basis. An environment where handful of people overseeing admissions functions(management) caused more problems and slowed down business as opposed to driving more business. communication channels were pathetic at best. they should name the department "anti sales" as they often got in the way of things, creating more red tape. Advisors had to go through the proper "chain" of communicating to schools, going through the "partnership" director first, whom would be unresponsive for weeks at a time.

Appreciate the feedback and sorry you feel things take too much time to resolve issues. In terms of communicating with schools, each situation is different, but many partners do only want to deal with one or two folks at the company to keep communications streamlined on their end, but in doing so it can seem as slow. I will speak to our leadership group to see if we feel responsiveness is too slow and how we can speed up the process in the meantime. Thanks again for your thoughts. Steve

Incredible Place to Work

Pros

The culture here is excellent. People are warm, welcoming, supportive, and will almost always jump right in and help you out whenever they can. Continuing education is a focus here, which makes sense as an EdTech company, and many learning opportunities are provided. We're given the choice to work in-office or remote, which means I can keep working remote and make the long commute in for special occasions, with no pressure to come in otherwise. Keypath also impressed me a lot by offering me a salary higher than what I initially asked for. This may not be everyone's experience, because I definitely undervalued myself at the time, but to me it shows that I'm really valued as an employee and that Keypath as an employer does have my best interests in mind (within reason). I could go on and on, it really is an incredible place to work!

Cons

I'm drawing a bit of a blank here, because I've really bought in to the Keypath culture. I guess the only thing I might call a con is that there are some minor growing pains that come with the speed at which Keypath has grown over the past few years. Efforts are being made to address redundancies and get everyone into unified standards of practice though, so I don't expect these growing pains to last.
