      Pros

      Keypath has a great company culture. I always looked forward to going into work because of the people I worked with - both in my immediate team and other departments. Everyone is lovely and happy to have a chat, including Managers and the CEO. They also put a lot of effort into the office to make it an enjoyable place to be.

      Cons

      Honestly not a lot of cons, other than the drive to meet KPIs/targets so if you're not sales driven it's not the place for you.

      - great team culture - fun workplace -good Work/Life balance - great flexibility and family friendly

      Cons

      -bit slow in replacing management roles so you may take up more responsibility
