      Pros

      Supportive team, good pay, great management, wonderful recognition, collaborative environment. Ryan is amazing. Takes the time to get to know every staff member. Doesn’t make you feel as if there is a power imbalance. Genuinely cares about the staff and the company.

      Cons

      None I’ve been there for almost two years and haven’t found anything to fault.

      Pros

      Incredible culture that people actively work to maintain and promote. Pay and benefits (gifted leave, flexible working conditions, fully remote) are competitive for the sector.

      Cons

      Until recently, there was no internal job banding/structure which could make mapping progression to more senior roles difficult. This was recently introduced and should provide clarity moving forward.
