I don't know where to begin really - to sum it up: high expectations, low pay, if you're not a "favorite," just run.
Their motto: we want you to perform miracles, work 50 hours per week to place students meant to be placed by two or three specialists, but we're willing to pay you in motivational speeches. Extreme burnout from wonderful, smart, hardworking people. The management? Don't get me started - they are clueless, arrogant and chosen for their ability to "nod and say yes to everything" rather than promoting people for their competence. Lets not forget the nepotism - they will undermine and demoralize the real talent and pick completely incompetent "leaders." Promotions and opportunities are handed out based on personal connections, yet during review time they tell you that you are doing great (but here is a 2% raise). Overall, it was a wonderful company a few years ago, but quickly turned into a very challenging environment where talent is constantly undervalued. If you are looking for a job that expects 110% for 50% pay, KP is your dream come true.
