Top down leadership (decisions are made without ever consulting front line), micromanagement, change for the sake of change.

Supportive team, good pay, great management, wonderful recognition, collaborative environment. Ryan is amazing. Takes the time to get to know every staff member. Doesn’t make you feel as if there is a power imbalance. Genuinely cares about the staff and the company.

Cons

None I’ve been there for almost two years and haven’t found anything to fault.
