Everything since COVID Keypath has become an extremely toxic environment. The managers above you don’t care about you. They purposely hire toxic managers at least in marketing to find anything wrong with your work that that can. You could be there for three to five years and just like that overnight you won’t have a job. The company preaches DEI but does not follow it in their practices. If you admit you’re neurodiverse or have a disability they will assign you a micromanager to nit pick your every move. It’s sad Keypath has gotten to this point. Also be expected to work for free after hours and be bothered on weekends.

Very immature and inexperienced marketing leadership. Very "finger pointing" to lower staff. People do not feel comfortable asking questions. It seems like there is an elitist attitude with this group. People under them definitely feel the "hierarchy". They are disconnected to their own departments. No invited collaboration with the team.
