Pros

My manager was really great, and I met a lot of great people working here!! Don't trust the positive reviews I think they're fakes because no one working here think that things are okay!

Cons

There are people resigning all over the place! There are no leads anymore, they're still expecting exactly the same from us! It's just rats deserting a sinking ship at this point!! The positive reviews are fake, everyone I know here is applying for other jobs at the moment. It wasn't anything like this when I first started here and it's really sad to see how much has changed for the worst in 2 years.

Pros

Working from home is okay, Some of the people in some of the teams are really lovely.

Cons

They micromanage your day and check in every half an hour of how many calls you’ve made and what you’re doing. They seem to care more about activity and the amount of calls you make rather than what actually works to get enrolments. The CEO said he wanted to give students the choice on how we communicate with them but that’s all out the window now. Everyone needs to get calls all the time and you’re expected to ask 41 questions of the prospects which just annoys them and makes the Prospects feel like you’re a sheister. The product (the postgraduate courses) require a lot of independent learning from the student. They want us to hold the students hand all through the enrolment journey up until census and then the student gets a rude shock when they realise they’re fully on their own and there’s almost no academic support available. Keypath say that there’s all this support and it’s really great, but the #1 complaint I get from students is that it’s totally different to the enrolment process and they’re on their own and none of the teachers want to help them. The wage is sooooo low for what you do and what you need to know about the courses to be successful. 55k a year (because it’s almost impossible to make commission) when the same job at a real university is 75k just don’t work here it’s not worth it.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry you did not have a great experience. Many of your points do not reflect how we train/manage so I would suggest you speak to your manager on many of these concerns. I will follow-up with team as well. Wish you all the best and seems like you are still working at KP so am hopeful many of your concerns can get resolved. You can always email me directly as well. Steve.fireng@keypathedu.com
