good people, strong emphasis on employee recognition, easy to maintain work-life balance depending on the role

Cons

constant organizational changes could be seen as adapting to evolving business needs, but here it feels more like a lack of insight from management into how to effectively utilize resources. plus underwhelming benefits to boot.

I have mentioned many times that we are evolving and as you know, we recently changed our name to Keypath Education to reflect this shift. Hard to address specifics on utilizing resources, but I can tell you we are in a good place right now and folks seem to have focus on their roles and responsibilities. A bunch of two faced ppl who are everything but transparent. Don't trust anyone. Pay is crappy. Unethical. Overworked and underpaid.

You can play games most of the time without anyone caring. They know you get paid half of what competitive agencies pay, so management is willing to let you be.

Salaries very low New ownership is trying to squeeze blood from a stone
