The energy and focus on employee development and EI is fantastic. Training is being revamped to ensure employees are getting the most value from their onboarding and systems

Cons

Fast paced metric based that isn’t always a good determining factor in work success. Health insurance is not great for anyone outside the Chicago are.

-Focussed on growth sometimes comes at an expense, and can leave employees working a lot more than they feel they should,.

Great for a starter job or looking for a job security

Job security, benefits, employee-centric, they offer a headspace account and really do care about your mental wellbeing

Cons

Little room for growth, star players who typically get opportunities or pathways for development have been there for years establishing themselves. Solid if you just care about getting your paycheck, youll get tired of it if you actually want to grow in your career
