Everything about Keypath is amazing. They put their employees first which I have never seen with any company I have worked for before. One person is nicer than the next. Coming to work is not a chore when you have a place you love.

Support from management starts at the top and filters down. Regular feedback with proper direction designed to engage work and enhance opportunities to succeed.

Cons

Work sometimes involves external relationships with education partners who in stages of contracts can delay progress.

From a Good to GREAT place to Work

Keypath Education has provided me with the opportunity to grow professionally and has challenged me to go above and beyond the standard way of doing things. I couldn't ask for a better team of leaders and peers that listen and support one another. I've been with Keypath for several years now. I've seen the growth and the changes occur and have appreciated the transparency of whats to come from leadership of our constant evolving industry and culture. Some people handle it better than others, but what I will say is when employees speak up and request a change, leadership listens and responds. The engagement surveys are covered with employees by HR and they are honest with what we can and can't do. How many companies out there do that? Keypath just initiated more PTO and the potential for everyone to have a chance to work from home which will be huge for work/life balance. It really bothered me to see some of the negative reviews on here. These reviews certainly don't represent the majority of employee opinions. Keypath does wonderful things for their employees and is striving to go from Good to Great. In my opinion, Keypath is already great and I am extremely proud to work here.

Cons

Here's the deal. If you don't have the drive, the motivation and passion to do your part and handle the fast paced environment this may not be for you. Keypath is growing rapidly and with that comes change and people need to step up and contribute. If you fit the above criteria, join us! We work really hard here, and you get what you put into it.
