Pros

Managers are supportive Plenty of professional development opportunities Inclusive culture Work from home is great!

Cons

Job is mundane- like working on a factory line Salary is not competitive- would make more money working in an actual factory Insane amount of admin/ very fast paced Need to be able to switch priorities quickly and manage administrative needs of your cohort of students

Thank you for comments and feedback. Glad you are happy with managers and culture as this is an important aspect of Keypath. In terms of some of your cons, I hope you have spoken to your manager or HR directly. While don't know your specific issues I do know leaders in the Melbourne office are very supportive of employees and work really hard to make a great place to work. Thanks again Steve

Pros

flexibility for student enrollment adviser diverse conscious

Cons

- No support or training for managers - Career progression due to favouritism (i.e. personal relationships within the management group) - Changing the goal posts mid reporting period - setting Managers up for failure - Requirement to act in the Manager role without the benefit of the salary - A culture where "yes men/women" are celebrated regardless of outcomes in performance - Upper management addressing management in a demeaning and unprofessional manner. - Upper management threatening role stability to improve performance but not providing constructive feedback.
