Leadership seems to understand the projected landscape of the business and how they need to adjust their business model, as needed. They also make the tough decisions to ensure the longevity of the company and do what they can to make sure that quality talent is retained.

Cons

To remain competitive or stay ahead of the competition, they have to constantly find ways to bring on bigger and better opportunities that makes a little difficult to find enough time in the day/week/month to keep up with all the new changes, initiatives, etc.
