      Keypath Education is paving the way in EdTech! The company develops, designs, and delivers the most career-relevant online education solutions globally, that meet the needs of the future! The work environment is unmatched. Everyone is a team player and working toward the same goal. The company allows for fully remote, or hybrid working roles. Having a balanced work life balance is a priority and encouraged. Benefits are competitive with other companies. Professional development and growth within the company is supported and leadership advocates for promotions.

      Pros

      Most of the people are very kind and supportive. Diversity & inclusion is a focus. The committee puts together really great forums, conversations, and learning opportunities to welcome all types of peoples, backgrounds, and opinions!

      Cons

      I had a poor experience working at Keypath. The work environment is cliquey and exclusive. If you’re not in the “in crowd”, promotions are not likely to come your way. You must track your time by the minute. There is little autonomy and trust for employees.

      Very sorry your experience at Keypath was not outstanding. While it seems some positive feedback on culture, D&I, and support, very sorry about any feelings not being part of team. While I do not know your specifics, I can say we continue to work hard to bring all together in our new work from home environment. I really hope things improve for you and the best way is to have an honest conversation with manager. Steve
