Great culture and people but understaffed company with unfair reviews

Pros

Nice people, good clients, (mostly) good benefits (see below), good culture. CEO really knows his stuff.

Cons

Trying to get bosses to approve time off is like pulling teeth. And employee reviews are unfairly harsh.

Sometimes getting positive feedback in general is different than feedback in a review since it tends to be more specific with skills. Pros

The initiatives to improve the culture are great. There is no shortage of employee care. There are always great events and morale boosters. Good benefits.

Cons

Communication between departments and even within some departments need improvement. Many changes have been made, so that has possibly improved.

The PEOPLE - throughout my career at Keypath, I had the opportunity to work with so many smart, hard working, genuinely good people that care about their work and colleagues. The WORK - supporting students and universities is incredibly rewarding work. Hearing how we were able to positively impact student's educational journeys was meaningful. Career GROWTH - During my tenure I grew my career from an executive assistant to a director level position. If you're willing to work hard, make valuable contributions and speak up, you WILL have the opportunity to grow and advance. Keypath is truly a special place with wonderful people. If you have the opportunity to work there - TAKE IT!

Cons

It's a fast-paced workplace with high expectations. That's not necessarily a con, but if you're not self-driven, Keypath may not be for you.
