Thanks for posting on our Keypath page and being one of the first to do so! Our culture and the mission of changing lives through education motivates each one of us as we support our college partners and their students. You are right the company has been through a tremendous amount of change, but the outcome has been excellent. We are better positioned for the changing higher education landscape. I would agree that the company does require a very special person to work here. A person (as you state) that strives under pressure, and can react quickly to industry or partner changes. Good news is that we have 100's of those employees at Keypath Education. Finally, and at the end of the day, our success is about people. While we can't solve all employee issues overnight, I am glad that you see real progress. Having satisfied employees like yourself will only fuel us to greater success. Steve

Appreciate your comments. I agree that a key reason for our long term success has been our people and culture. Plattform has a great environment for employees to succeed and grow in their career. The culture is great because of employees like yourself that care about our future success. I am glad you recognized our managers. They all have the difficult task of running the operations day to day, while focusing on long term strategies to future proof our company. PlattForm has been around for 25 years and we need to keep that legacy for another 25 years. We are continuing to evaluate our benefits, including PTO and work from home.
