- Company allows for completely remote or hybrid work. My work/life balance has never felt better or been more respected. Company sends all necessary equipment to you upon hire. - High team morale, high work output. Work hard, play harder. - I feel VALUED. Truly, madly, deeply valued. - People show up to work authentically. We all use our strengths for the common purpose. - Change is commonplace. Can you think of a constructive way to make the workplace more efficient? Managers listen to you and incorporate the feedback. - Benefits and retirement package are B+.

Cons

- As Keypath is growing, it's finding more ways to become efficient. If you are not good with change, flexibility, or adaptation, it could be a hard environment to thrive.

Team support, energy and collaboration at it's absolute best Company attracts young, talented, ambitious and super-smart individuals Incredible support from team manager who identifies strengths and skills in each team member and helps develop their potential

Cons

Salaries need to be competitive to retain talented and ambitious people More targeted development plans needed to retain staff Add more diversity to Student Success role to keep staff more engaged and challenged as role can become quite mundane
