Some fantastic people in teams day to day Work from home

Cons

Culture where “disrupting” and being a specific personality type is more important than knowing how to do your job well Chaotic environment No value placed on expertise or experience “Yes people” are rewarded, culture of fear if you go against the grain Toxic positivity - bad news is hidden or buried, including announcements of staff departures (which have been many lately)
