Thank you for the comments and the nice things about Keypath. You are right we are moving very quickly, especially in your department. It is our fastest growing department, due to high demand in programs needing clinicals. We continue to invest in more people and technology to allow us to scale. Thanks

Pros

Very competitive work-life balance, hours, and pay. I've never been a part of an organization that is so willing to be flexible to what employees need. Company is fast growing which allows for great opportunities to expand experiences and possibly move up. Ability to work from home, even after the office has opened from COVID. The team is amazing, including my direct supervisors. Working remotely can lead to disengagement but the the dynamic of my team actively promotes engagement and collaboration.

Cons

15 days PTO - there's no sick time. 15 days isn't a lot for 365 days out of the year. Even a week of sick leave would be great. Organization could use some improvement. Although I think some of this comes from the school partners, Keypath could hold them more accountable to consistent communication of information.

Really appreciate the balanced feedback and do take everything that is said to me through Glassdoor or directly into account. I am very pleased you feel supportive with your team, and agree lots of opportunities at Keypath. Thanks for comments on PTO. Also note we do give a week off the week of xmas and new year and obviously we have tried to be open on holidays to make sure folks have good work/life balance. We always are evaluating our total rewards. Thanks again Steve

Pros

Great office culture with great people who work there.

Cons

Progression did not seem possible due to a senior member of staff picking and choosing favorites. A lot of sneaky bullying to go out of the way to make employees unhappy. Incentive numbers are regularly messaged with. Documented emails with the individual who was tampering with numbers. A number of members of staff are unhappy with sexism as well as racism but to scared to voice concerns due to individuals senior level
