Work life balance is amazing Supervisors are very people focused and care about everyone’s wellbeing Great benefits Love the people I work with

Cons

CEO Steve Fireng is often unprepared for global meetings. It is never clear what he’s speaking about and just throws out “business terms” to sound professional. His answers to questions are vague at best. I am grateful for our other amazing leaders as they clearly have it together and lead this company

Pros

Strong benefits package, very generous PTO policy, flexible work options (onsite, hybrid, or fully remote), very friendly/collaborative/inclusive work culture, accessibility to senior management, ability to make an impact on students lives, global company but still small enough to make an impact.

Cons

I haven't seen any negatives thus far.
