Work with some of the brightest, most committed, and talented people in my career. Executive management is highly responsive, transparent and accessible which is unique. No standing on ceremony to get access to them. Really enjoy my colleagues who are collaborative, friendly. Not a start up but lots of opportunity to make an impact. Open to fresh, new innovative ideas. Very entrepreneurial culture.

Cons

Not necessarily a "con" but very fast paced. Company just went public with significant global growth plans so this is to be expected.

Keypath from day 1 has been the most open/honest/connected company I have ever worked for. Keypath continues to grow and learn in areas that are important on a local basis as well as global to ensure we are inclusive of everyone and everything!
