      Pros

      Casual work environment & good creative opportunities for new creatives. You'll get a chance to work on things as a junior creative that most places wouldn't allow.

      Cons

      Conservative clients and little variety in the clientele (which will get boring). Benefits (healthcare, 401k match, PTO) deteriorated over time.

      Really appreciate the comments and the thoughts around creativity. Not sure I understand comment on healthcare, 401k, PTO as that has either stayed the same or has gotten better over the past three years. Certainly healthcare cost have gone up slightly but plan has stayed relatively the same. I would suggest you speak to your manager or HR, I do wish you all the best. Steve
