I found my experience at Plattform to be one of the most memorable jobs I've ever had. Not only is the atmosphere unlike any other company I've experienced, the job knowledge gained was instrumental for my personal growth. Plattform also has the best work culture hands down and the unlimited perks offered shows their employees are important to them (educational program to learn about others topics while at work, health and wellness program rewards employees for healthy lifestyle, lots of employee celebrations).

It's a great, laid-back atmosphere that still gets a lot of work done. Everyone really knows how to balance work and fun - there is even a game room to prove it! Promotion opportunities are everywhere for those who are willing to work hard. And they have a great system of being able to give immediate praise for a job well done to or from a person or a whole group with their "fans" system which allows the work to be praised and explaination to be given of what was so great and it can be displayed for others to see, so the praise can continue.
