      Pros

      The people who work there really make the difference. You form genuine bonds with your co-workers and the people who are you in your teams. The location is beautiful too, right in the heart of the CBD on Bourke Street. The CEO is very lovely and warm.

      Cons

      *The Management - When you have an employee turning up to work who is "under the weather" on a daily basis, it makes things very, very uncomfortable - especially when they are extremely distracting due to their "condition". It was very disheartening and frustrating when Managers would blatantly ignore this behavior because they didn't like confrontation. It took about 6 months until it was addressed and dealt with - this should've been done earlier, especially when other co-workers would have to pick up this persons work which caused a bigger work load for them. *The Targets - All different between all teams. There was no encouragement or help when it came to achieving these targets. It was all praise when you HIT your target, but if you were below your target, it was a different story. If you didn't hit your target, they didn't give you any further assistance or coaching, they'd just pull out a spreadsheet and ask you why you weren't hitting it.

I don’t have enough information on dealing with your ill colleague to comment but hopefully you have brought up this to your supervisor. In terms of targets and feedback I will be following up with Ryan and his team to discuss your concerns. We obviously want employees to feel supported and given proper feedback.       Great place to work, growing fast with a small company feel

      Pros

      I was at Keypath for less than a year but was happy with my experience. I launched a new school and a handful of programs and it went great. The management trusts their employees and I never felt micromanaged once. My director was there when I needed him and upper level management is available and open to any feedback. The company made/was making changes while I was there to stay competitive with benefits. They added five extra days of PTO for everyone, they were transitioning to laptops and piloted a work from home program in March that is going live in June. They have flex Fridays in the summer and no one has to work Saturdays during the summer as well this year. They do a lot in the office to create a good culture and overall if you enjoy higher education, you will enjoy working at Keypath.

      Cons

      There isn't anything that stands out to me as a con. Some employees were stretched a little thin but the company was growing and hiring more employees. There wasn't much room to move up when I started last year (I wasn't looking to) but in my 9 months there they added an additional level for promotion and were adding more roles so this con is something they worked on.

      Really appreciate feedback and the kind words. Since we did our annual survey over a year ago we have continued to work really hard to be The Employer of Choice for education companies. Some of the things you mentioned are an effort to improve our company. While this is an ongoing effort we appreciate the feedback that many of initiatives are having a positive impact.       Great culture and people but understaffed company with unfair reviews

      Pros

      Nice people, good clients, (mostly) good benefits (see below), good culture. CEO really knows his stuff.

      Cons

      Trying to get bosses to approve time off is like pulling teeth. And employee reviews are unfairly harsh.

      I thank you for your feedback. While I cannot comment on your specific situation, I can say we do value honest feedback. Sometimes getting positive feedback in general is different than feedback in a review since it tends to be more specific with skills. With all that being said, I am sorry you felt like you had conflicted messages and then had to leave. I wish you all the best in your career. Steve
