Pros

Keypath Education has provided me with the opportunity to grow professionally and has challenged me to go above and beyond the standard way of doing things. I couldn't ask for a better team of leaders and peers that listen and support one another. I've been with Keypath for several years now. I've seen the growth and the changes occur and have appreciated the transparency of whats to come from leadership of our constant evolving industry and culture. Some people handle it better than others, but what I will say is when employees speak up and request a change, leadership listens and responds. The engagement surveys are covered with employees by HR and they are honest with what we can and can't do. How many companies out there do that? Keypath just initiated more PTO and the potential for everyone to have a chance to work from home which will be huge for work/life balance. It really bothered me to see some of the negative reviews on here. These reviews certainly don't represent the majority of employee opinions. Keypath does wonderful things for their employees and is striving to go from Good to Great. In my opinion, Keypath is already great and I am extremely proud to work here.

Cons

Here's the deal. If you don't have the drive, the motivation and passion to do your part and handle the fast paced environment this may not be for you. Keypath is growing rapidly and with that comes change and people need to step up and contribute. If you fit the above criteria, join us! We work really hard here, and you get what you put into it.

Pros

Great Company Culture. Great Benefits. Positive workplace. Lots of Training/Individual growth Working at Keypath is challenging, but rewarding. You do not need to be in management in order to take extra tasks and grow your career. If you work hard, opportunities are always there. You get a chance to work with a range of partners, and learn how to help launch programs(as they grow), and work for a global company. I have learned more in my 2 plus years here than i have in my other job's combined.

Cons

None that I can think of. The job can be as much as you put into it.

Melbourne office- A place full of B.S.

Pros

I think the management would be happy with pros that they keep highlighting in their job ads- free breakfast (you only get bread and cereals though) or spacious office or central CBD location. Nothing good otherwise, the fridays are far from fun and most (if not all) 5- star reviews have been written by management or their pets, and are big lies in my opinion.

Cons

I can exceed the word limit here, but I’m sure smart people will get a hint. Just in a nutshell, it’s not a good place to work at all. Everything that was good about this company about 1.5-2 years has disappeared, and it’s been going downhill after hiring the senior management like the directors. 60-70% of one team quit because of one senior manager who resigned 2 weeks after that. Guess what, she comes to the office as if she lives there, and still involved in promoting her own people. The managers have favourites which they’d like to progress, even if they have no acumen to do so. You only need to be sycophants if you wish to progress in this company, and you will do great if your manager likes you even if you don’t have any capacity to work as a manager. You won’t know what’s required of you, as the management will tell you different things everyday. Some days you’re awesome, other days you’re just hopeless. The environment is very toxic, and the targets are so imbalanced between different teams. The management doesn’t listen to your feedback or change anything, they just hear it and discard it. So save your energy if you still work here. The only one good thing this workplace taught me is that I’ll never be a manager like these goons, and that I’d encourage deserving people to progress. I’m happy that I could move on from this place, because it’s not even worth a day of your time. To all the amazing people who still work there, hope you SURVIVE and find something better soon!
