Pros

Nothing, really negative experience . So nothing positive to say

Cons

. Bad management . Unprofessional atmosphere . Backbiting and partiality to staff . Enrolment team gets treated like they're low level people, with no motivation for them . No awareness from higher management about what team leaders/managers are like. They've been getting away with having a really bad attitude with no intervention . very high turnover because the jobs are targeted to people who are of a higher calibre than they need to be for the student facing jobs. They need to employ people with a telesales and customer service background, as this is a call center - not an educator . No support from higher management; if you complain, it's made to be your fault as opposed to investigating further

Thanks for feedback. As you know we are working very hard to build a great culture. Also we have grown very quickly. And while not an excuse, it does cause some strain with us moving so quickly. The management team there is working very hard to add great people to support our growth. Comments like yours (even though negative), make me and my team work harder to support our employees. Thanks Steve

Pros

Good CEO who has an empathetic, people first style of leadership. Some fair, balanced and good quality executives at a leadership level Fully remote working Pay is reasonable at a leadership level Some great internal and external stakeholders who were a pleasure to work with

Cons

Disingenuous leadership at all levels on the placement team. Toxic team culture. Was told the team had a toxic positivity culture. This was untrue. There was no positive, just toxic. Negative feedback is given behind your back to colleagues and not to your face to undermine you. Issues are only raised at performance review time and never during 1:1 meetings or at time of issue. A culture of upward and sideways bullying from all levels in the placement team. The team have a history of undermining past and current leadership to push them out in order to serve their own personal agenda of leadership aspiration, as well as undermining other ICs both in the team and in other cross functional teams. Chaotic and dysfunctional operations with a very reactive culture. Resistant to change.

Pros

As the other reviewers say there are none unfortunately

Cons

Senior staff do not care about you. Staff here are extremely unhappy and want to leave. You'll see them searching on Seek for a new job in their downtime. The managers are all so fake and don't care about the people there. There hasn't been any changes and anything positive. I actually got diagnosed with depression in my time when I worked at Keypath! Yes it was that bad. It's sad they treat their staff so poorly and the job itself is rubbish. It's a call centre role all about meeting targets and making money and not about the quality students.
