Pros

The initiatives to improve the culture are great. There is no shortage of employee care. There are always great events and morale boosters. Good benefits.

Cons

Communication between departments and even within some departments need improvement. Many changes have been made, so that has possibly improved.

Improved communication is a goal of most companies and with our workforce in 4 countries it can be even more challenging. Not a lot of room for growth, continued education within field.

Colleagues were very friendly After work drinks often

Cons

It was obvious management wanted to use you as much as they could culture was quite toxic, micro managing very common staff turn over quite high very insincere in general pay was average at best
