Pros
Pros: I was able to continue working remotely after Keysight acquired my previous company. This allowed for continued flexibility and a positive initial transition.
Cons
Cons: The initial feeling of job stability disappeared as the company began a pattern of frequent layoffs. It became clear that if your team was not consistently bringing in high revenue, you were at risk. The process of slowly letting go of nearly all original employees was demoralizing for those of us who remained and created a high-stress environment.
