      Pros

      Open work hours. Show up within 2 hour window of your start time

      Cons

      The company had a loose work structure was great if you were on a great team - and most everyone was. They seemed to hire great and wonderful people but I didn't get so lucky and was forced to work with a very angry person. They terminated me when I sent them an email saying that I refuse to work with this person due to bullying.

      Work hours are flexible. Management is flexible.

      Cons

      Too many gossipy old people that can’t wait to retire. Layers of red tape if you’re a hard working temp. No clue what they're looking for when it comes to permanent hires. Bad morale

      Lots of benefits, 401k match, ESPP, etc. You are only committed to to 1 job - stay in your lane/box.

      Cons

      Extremely process oriented and internal approvals move too slow to be competitive in the market. Not an easy place to implement creative ideas.
