      Pros

      a nice mix of different kinds of work that keeps it interesting. As an embedded engineer, you will be interacting a lot with hardware, software and test teams. It makes for a dynamic and an engaging place to work

      Too many projects and some projects don't go anywhere

      Awesome technology, awesome people. Highly recommend working there.

      Cons

      Very difficult for management to give raises above about 4%. Usually, you would have to change organizations to be able to get a life changing raise.
