      The working environment is a bit laid back but it really depends on your role. Some are very busy while some are more balance. Benefit is average when compared to other MNC.

      Cons

      Benefit has degrade over the years. Promotion is difficult due to many red tape. Management like to treat everyone the same. So hardwork does not always equal to good reward.
