Rewarding place to work
Pros
- You get out what you put in. Many opportunities to learn if you are prepared to get stuck in. Hard work / good attitude over a long period of time will mean you will learn which will benefit you if you leave; if you are recognised / rewarded for the hard work all the better. - Professional environment with reasonable structure - get to work on the latest wireless technologies and learn protocol / Software development. - Many experienced engineers / managers to learn from, many willing to share their knowledge. - Management 'care' at the site level.
Cons
- You get out what you put in - Don't expect to do a few 'good turns' and get a £5k payrise. It's not a place to hideaway. - Work life balance hard to maintain - There is (too) much work to do. - Difficult to get big jumps in salary - graduate attrition therefore high - suspect this is not unique to Keysight.
