      Pros

      Low stress, average pay. Hire lots of junior people, good training ground as a springboard for juniors. Good work life balance, flexibility, there are enough people to spread out the work. Excellent job security. Overall is a nice place for average performers.

      Cons

      Company/department/personal growth is not high. Top heavy organization, politics at middle-higher management, may hinder growth of mid-career employees. Not meritocracy - high historical favoritism. Bonus is lower than market. Need to take forced leave about twice a year.
