      Pros

      Great culture to work in. Brilliant coworkers. Fun projects. Supervisors recognize your accomplishments and always go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Slowly the culture is becoming more focused on Wall-street. Pay raises and promotions do happen but seem to go through very slowly and the raises are small unless you leave and come back.
