      Relax work hours; Friendly environment; new hires will enjoy the beautiful country side of Santa Rosa

      Cons

      Too much process oriented, with little room for innovation Don't seems to be retaining talent Works in a market segment, but do not seems to be growing Lack of long term focus on development. Focus on Agile development for the sake of it - which introduce a lot of overhead and difficulties on development
