      - Lots of support and training one of which involves going abroad. - Lots of opportunities to learn. - Lots of social activities. - You are given a lot of responsibility, however, there are many systems in place to help you manage it.

      Cons

      - Winnersh (the area the company is located) is not particularly interesting although the atmosphere in the office itself is great.
